You will receive an email from CRA Wellness requesting the complete name(s) and degree of those registered to attend the seminar. This event is for health professionals. We do, however, realize the importance of the family and staff of health professionals. These people are encouraged to attend if they register to attend along with the health professional. The seminar tuition is the same for all attendees.
