Micro-Foods and ‘Water’ Diet

Breakfast (eat breakfast foods when tired, hungry, or craving junk food)

  • Eat natural or organic sugar-free corn or rice flakes, or oatmeal with organic raisins, tangy dates and crunchy pecans, topped with sliced bananas, covered with white grape peach juice, Almond, Oat, or Rice milk
  • Swiss or cheddar cheese on raisin or rye bread toasted with real or garlic butter or grilled
  • Brown rice with vegetables, peppers or with chicken, pork, or freshwater fish or seafood
  • Potato pancakes, chicken or albacore tuna (packed in water only) salad on rye or separately
  • Fruits and vegetables-cantaloupe, Crenshaw melon, banana, peaches (out of season canned peaches), apricots, pears, pink grapefruit, green or red grapes, oranges, applesauce, coleslaw, salads
  • English muffin with jelly (organic jellies and jams from health food store)
  • 1 glassful of apricot, pear, or peach nectar (use pear juice and saltine crackers for nausea and upset stomach)


Lunch

  • Organic corn or rice flakes cereals
  • Grilled cheese (swiss or cheddar) or albacore tuna (packed in water only) salad on rye, oat, potato, raisin, or flaxseed bread
  • Soups-chicken noodle, celery, vegetable and brown rice (chicken noodle soup for flu or food poisoning and celery/celery soup for dehydration)
  • Fruit-cantaloupe, watermelon, apricots, banana, peach, pear, applesauce, green or red grapes, cranberry sauce, red plums, raspberries, Crenshaw melon
  • Vegetables-lettuce, celery, broccoli, carrots, string beans, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, corn, peas, beats, cucumbers, coleslaw, rhubarb, artichoke and asparagus
  • Grains and nuts-brown rice dishes, almonds, pecans, and walnuts (salt free preferred)
  • Oils-Olive oil, coconut oil, sesame seed oil, flax seed oil, pure butter and almond butter


Supper

  • Steamed red potatoes
  • Fresh fruits, vegetables, and grains-same as lunch
  • Angel hair pasta
  • Meats-white chicken, albacore tuna (packed in water only) salad, fish (freshwater only), pork steak or pork loin, thin sliced ham, (7-bone beef roast or rib eye steak, limit one serving per week), oriental brown rice dish


Snacks

  • Air popped popcorn, Barbara’s natural potato chips, rice chips, rice crackers, cereals listed above, fruits, vegetables and nuts as listed above, sorbet (Haagen-Daez peach or red raspberry), Juices (apricot, peach, pear ‘Looza”), Welch’s White Grape Peach juice, Welsch’s dark grape juice, Earl Gray, Lemon, and Peach teas, peach iced teas, lemonade (white or pink), cranberry/cranraspberry (gout), prune juice, almond, rice, or oat milk, unsalted vegetable juice, rice protein concentrate, Kava coffee, Fiji water with lemon and Dole’s pineapple juice
  • Sierra Mist, Ginger ale, Squirt, and Mountain Dew use only as short term dehydration solution
  • Celery or Sauerkraut/Cabbage juice, 2 oz. per day 

  • Electrolyte Mineral Tonic-4 sprigs of parsley, 2 stalks of celery, 1 handful of spinach and 1 kale leaf in a juicer
