- Sugars (some can use brown sugar)
- Artificial Sweeteners (use Stevia or Agave instead)
- Ice Cream and Sherbert (have Haagen Daaz red raspberry or peach sorbet instead)
- Chocolate (some can tolerate cocoa)
- Shellfish or bottom-feeder fish
- Orange Juice and Grapefruit Juice (unless fresh-squeezed, oxidizes and becomes rancid, can have orange-pineapple and orange-peach)

- Beef should not be consumed more than 1 serving/week in most case
